Welcome to Beyond Reality VR! Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By accessing or using our website and virtual reality experiences, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

By placing a rental order with Beyond Reality VR, the customer (“Renter”) agrees to the following terms:

  1. Rental Confirmation: All orders are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Beyond Reality VR. An order is not considered final until confirmation is provided via email or written communication.
  2. Rental Period: The Renter agrees to return all equipment by the agreed-upon date and time. Late returns may incur additional fees.
  3. Equipment Care: The Renter is responsible for the proper use and care of all rented VR equipment. Any damage, loss, or theft during the rental period will be the responsibility of the Renter and may result in repair or replacement charges.
  4. Sanitation & Safety: All equipment is sanitized before delivery. The Renter agrees to use the equipment in a safe and responsible manner and to follow all usage guidelines.
  5. Delivery & Pickup
    1. Liability: Beyond Reality VR is not liable for any injury, discomfort, or technical issues arising from the use of rented VR equipment. The Renter assumes all risks associated with usage.

    2. Cancellation & Refunds: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time to qualify for a refund. Refunds are issued at the discretion of Beyond Reality VR.

    By proceeding with this rental, the Renter acknowledges and accepts these terms in full.
